Our client is a global leading food manufacturer from the USA which is established over years ago and operates in 80 countries around the world.Currently, they are seeking a highly talented Head of Engineering.Job Purpose/Overview Decrease breakdown and downtime.Planning and providing technical strategy for preventive maintenance. People management 40 subordinates. Key Responsibilities Being one of the key players on the site and reporting directly to the Plant Manager. Leading and managing the technical teams responsible to deliver preventive maintenance projects, reliability, utility, and electrical to the site for smooth operations Being responsible for monitoring and implementing methods for preventive purposes. Developing, deploying, and implementing plans to ensure the best utilization of preventive maintenance in the sites as well as supervising and giving guidance on the shortened breakdown and downtime. Job Specifications/Qualifications 15+ years of experience in engineering management and ideally across several roles that work with technical maintenance and operation parts from the FMCG industry. 7 years at the managerial level supervising a team of 30-40 staff. Strong experience in maintenance management and site technical management.Understanding of production and operation with standard business processes.Experience in Lean principles and tools and their application.Ability to manage multi-functional teams.
