Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer, Shared Services, with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to resolve escalated issues and provide 24/7 support
Monitor production systems and manage incidents, performing root cause analysis
Develop and maintain monitoring tools and automate operational processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in production support
Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
Experience with monitoring tools and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Knowledge of containerization tools and database management
