Control Engineer for the Austin, Texas facility.Responsibilities of
Quality Engineering include: --- Initiating, facilitating,
managing, and validating the effectiveness of root cause analysis,
corrective, and preventative actions utilizing analytical
capabilities and communications skills.--- Reviewing and analyzing
project and customer requirements, and assisting project teams in
tailoring and using company procedures, methods, and tools.---
Establishing verification and validation processes for the
inspection and acceptance of hardware, software, and data
deliverables through First Article Inspections per AS9102.---
Supporting the creation and execution of an effective ISO 9001
internal audit strategy to verify the conformance of processes in
accordance with the QMS.--- Supporting the creation and execution
of an effective AS9145 APQP strategy to ensure the conformance of
processes in accordance with the QMS.---------------------
Supporting the coordination and execution of monthly Corrective
Action Boards (CABs) and Management Reviews.--- Creating
presentation materials for upper management including reports to
Customers and Government representatives.--- Compiling metrics and
applying statistical techniques, trend analysis and continuous
improvement tools on product, process and program performance to
provide early warning indicators for the initiation of preventative
or corrective actions.--- Develops and implements program quality
plans and procedures.--- Ensures that performance and quality
products conform to established company and regulatory
standards.--- Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality
discrepancies and data related to production.--- Investigates
problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for
recurring discrepancies.--- Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure
requirements are met.--- Recommends corrective actions,
dispositions, process optimization and modifications.Who You

details.Required Education, Experience, & Skills --- Bachelor's
degree with 2 years of direct related experience or 6 years of
experience in lieu of degree--- Demonstrated ability to work
independently and in dynamic, cross-functional teams.--- Experience
working, interfacing and interrelating with diverse personnel, both
operational and technical.--- Must exhibit initiative and
leadership skills necessary to obtain results through collaboration
with other functions.--- Strong and demonstrated communication
skills (written, verbal, visual, electronic, oral) and
interpersonal skills (listening, group facilitation).--- Root Cause
and Corrective Action Methodology.--- Data Collection and
Analysis.--- Proficiency with MS Office products including Word,
PowerPoint, & Excel.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills ---
Experience in ISO 9001 / AS9100 / AS9102--- Experience in AS9145 /
APQP--- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Environments--- ASQ
Certified Quality Engineer Course and Certification--- Lean Six
Sigma Green Belt and Experience--- Knowledge of Statistical Process
Control (SPC).Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $77809 -
$132275Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
