seeking a talented and motivated Requirement Engineer to join our
team in Austin.Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to
understand their needs and document detailed requirements.
- Creating User Stories: Translate requirements into clear and
concise user stories for the development team.
- Defining Acceptance Criteria: Establish criteria that must be
met for a user story to be considered complete.
- Clarifying Requirements: Provide ongoing clarification and
additional details to the development team during sprints.
- Collaborating in an Agile Team Environment: Work closely with
the Agile team, including Developers, Testers, Scrum Master and
Product Owner, to ensure smooth and efficient project
delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between
stakeholders and the development team to ensure requirements are
accurately captured and understood.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of
requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer
Science, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with the Agile Scrum framework
- Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration
skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving
skillsMinimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years
related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work
