Pharmacy Manager - San Antonio, TX

Job Type : Full-time --- No Weekend

Shift : Monday - Friday

Job Role:

Accurately compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals.
Complies with facility policy and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Develops, manages and mentors pharmacy clinical programs.
Develops, manages and mentors for the antimicrobial management program (AMP). Requirements:
- B.S. required and Pharm D. preferred.
- 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
- 1 year as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist required.
- Active Pharmacist license with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy is required.
- Active Pharmacy Consultant license, or equivalent as per State requirements for a Pharmacy - Required.
