Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team. This role would provide direct support in developing and executing marketing strategies for Novatae. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of current market trends in a wholesale insurance setting. -
Requirements:

• Lead and implement territory growth plans specific to the middle market for Excess and Surplus and Carrier relations.
• Leverage centers of influence to create partnerships specific to company branding and marketing.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape; know your competition, strengths, weaknesses, and staff.
• Monitor activity and results on a consistent basis.
• Create strong relationships with carrier partners to leverage their institutional knowledge within assigned markets.
• Obtain and share best practices with other Managing Directors.
• Responsible for presenting at events and laisse with parent company.
• Partner with Regional Operations Leader to ensure team is compliant with operational guidelines. Qualifications:
  • Experience working within an Insurance Carrier or National/Regional Brokerage.
  • Creative thinker with superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience in Insurance or financial services preferred
  • Attention to detail and self-motivated
