A company is looking for a Consumer Campaign Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across
various channels
Hire, train, and manage a team of Campaign Operations
Associates
Develop scalable workflows and best practices for high-quality
campaign launches
Required Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with at
least 2 years in a management role
Hands-on experience with Braze and other CRM tools
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects
Proficiency in Excel and ability to write SQL is a plus
