Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new loan opportunities while expanding the client base. Your focus will be on driving business growth, building strong relationships with prospective borrowers and strategic partners, and actively promoting our lending solutions.



We're seeking a driven, experienced sales professional with a strong track record and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate has an established book of business and a passion for helping clients reach their financial goals.

Responsibilities:
--- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
--- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' financial needs and goals and provide loan solutions that meet their requirements.
--- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
--- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with potential borrowers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders.
--- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our products.
--- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
--- Documentation: Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
--- Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
--- Marketing Tasks: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness of our lending services including managing social media, email campaigns, etc.

Qualifications:
--- Proven experience in sales or similar roles in the lending or sales industry (broker license is not required).
--- Strong understanding of financial products and real estate financing, and ability to assess financial documents, and understand market trends.
--- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
--- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
--- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
--- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
