WinCorp Solutions is seeking an Knowledge Management Lead to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, hybrid consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Tableau.
Requires working knowledge of Visio, Alteryx and Adobe Experience Manager.
Preferred experience with Workfront is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing projects and creating knowledge assets to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Works on the delivery of Knowledge Management (KM) services, including the development and enhancement of data and reporting.
Resource will work on a range of KM data such as content data, page views, time spent on page, search queries, click rank, etc.
Will process data related such as number of feedback, project requests submitted, who the submitters were, what the timeline was for completion, identify bottlenecks in the data etc.
