Outside Sales Manager - Healthcare Operations / Revenue Cycle Solutions

We are a fast-growing provider of healthcare operational solutions, partnering with medical groups and healthcare organizations to improve performance and reduce administrative burden. Our services include revenue cycle support, coding solutions, virtual staffing, and other non-clinical functions that enable healthcare providers to focus more on patient care and less on back-office operations.

Position Overview:

We -are -working -with -a -growing -healthcare -services -company -based -in -Tampa, -FL -looking -to -add -a Outside Sales -Manager -to -their -growing -team. -This -person -will -be -responsible -for -generating -leads, -meeting -with -clients, -and -driving -business -growth. -Additionally, -you -will -be -a -relationship -manager -that -nurtures -existing -client -relationships.

This -full-time, -remote/field-based -role -pays -an -excellent -base -salary -of -up -to -$80K -plus -commission -and -a -strong -benefits -package -(Flexibility -in -compensation -for -the -right -candidate).

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation & Market Development



    • Identify prospective clients and drive outreach initiatives across targeted healthcare markets.


    • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, challenges, and business opportunities.




    • Client Engagement & Consultative Selling



      • Build relationships with medical offices, practice managers, and decision-makers.


      • Understand client workflows and operational pain points; offer tailored service recommendations.




      • Sales Strategy & Execution



        • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and meet revenue goals.


        • Drive adoption of services including virtual medical support, coding assistance, and RCM-related solutions.




        • Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation



          • Collaborate cross-functionally to create customized proposals based on client needs.


          • Manage contract discussions from proposal to close, ensuring alignment with business terms and compliance standards.




          • Networking & Industry Presence



            • Represent the company at local and national events, conferences, and industry networking groups.


            • Maintain visibility within the healthcare community to uncover partnership opportunities.





              Qualifications:



              • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or operational consulting


              • Background in RCM, medical practice management, or healthcare staffing solutions preferred


              • Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and sell value-driven solutions


              • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience


              • Willingness to travel -for in-person meetings and events
