PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION POWERHOUSE NEEDED!

We're looking for a rockstar General Contractor ready to take charge of $30-40 million commercial projects and lead them from groundbreaking to grand opening. If you're a driven, motivated go-getter with a solid track record in project management, let's talk!

We want self-starters who own their work, take pride in delivering high-quality results, and are ready to be the force that moves our projects forward. If you've got at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, we want to hear from you!

Your Mission:

Take the reins on high-value commercial builds. Manage the budget, schedule, and full project lifecycle with confidence and precision.

What You'll Be Owning:

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Develop and manage all critical project documentation (submittals, COIs, shop drawings, samples, sub lists, closeouts, etc.)
Utilize Prolog Converge as your digital command center for RFIs, contracts, change orders, and more
Lead constructability reviews and assist Estimating with budget planning
Oversee project kickoff and turnover from Estimating
Own and maintain the project budget and billing cycle (schedules of value, pay apps, cost-to-complete projections)
Schedule and lead pre-construction meetings and project milestones with Superintendents
Handle permits, inspections, certificates of occupancy, and SWPPP requirements
Keep a pulse on deliveries, schedules, testing reports, punch lists, and warranty tracking
Be the team captain: guide APMs and mentor junior staff

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years as a Project Manager (commercial projects only)
7-10+ years total experience in the industry
Deep knowledge of commercial construction processes and compliance

Preferred: OSHA 30, CPR/AED/First Aid, and Defensive Driving certifications
