We are looking for a self-motivated, sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our outstanding team. Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm (No weekends or on-call shifts!)
Essential Functions:The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients with various manifestation of venous insufficiency, arterial disease, dermopathies, lipedema, and lymphedema to include: complete medical history, conducting evaluations and physical tests, establishing diagnoses utilizing medical ultrasound, and developing and overseeing plans of care.

• Completes medical documentation on patients along with appropriate referral
• Educate patients on the current disease state
• Evaluate ultrasound study results and communicate findings to patients
• Provide follow-up treatments and care to patients in accordance with protocols established by physicians to include medication prescription and management
• Promote the overall mission while overseeing clinical staff and working with interdisciplinary providers
• Handle communications between patients, providers, DME (durable medical equipment) and other stakeholders
• Consistently deliver optimal treatments to patients
• Assist with procedures in OBL and complex patient managementSuccessful Candidate Should Possess:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in vein or lymphatic disease, wound care preferred (new grads will be considered)
  • Prior experience in a private practice clinic setting (preferred)
  • Current state license
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (Spanish fluency a plus)
