  -- Hemodynamic monitoring- swans, art lines
  -- Ventilator management
  -- Strong critical thinking skills
  -- 2 years or more ICU experience
  -- ACLS
  -- BLS
  -- NIH REQUIRED
  
  Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: Candidates with these skills will be considered first)
  -- IABP exposure
  -- CRRT exposure
  -- Meditech charting/ order entry - Preferred
  
  **MINIMUM 2 YRS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
  
  Candidates be trained on CVICU devices to support CV cases.
