TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78201 Pay Information $1,749 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7A/7P Guaranteed Hours: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: - 2 years of hospital or specialty experience in ICU Job Description: - Provide high-quality care in the ICU, with a focus on patient safety and well-being. - Participate actively in patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. - Utilize Meditech for documentation and patient records management. - Possess the capability to perform procedures such as chest tube placement and bronchoscopy. - Demonstrate expertise in managing central lines and titration of pressors. - Maintain adherence to dress code: Navy scrubs for RNs with white, navy, or black undershirts/jackets. - Comply with nail policy: No acrylic, nails no longer than an inch, clean with no chipped polish. - Ensure hair is off shoulders and maintain a natural color appearance. - Tattoos should be covered whenever possible; visible piercings other than ears are not permitted. - Follow floating policy as needed and adhere to attendance policies. - Utilize critical care skills in a dynamic and challenging environment, including Cardiac ICU and Surgical ICU.
