We are looking for someone who is prepared to work a flexible schedule - this is a float/cover nurse position. *Guaranteed 35 hours/week* with the opportunity to work up to 48 hours/week. \*\*\*Salaried\*\*\* (Paid hourly rate, OT hours is 1.5 your hourly rate)

*LVN Hourly Rate: $30.00 - RN Hourly Rate: $40.00*

*Essential Responsibilities:*

* Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients
* Provide quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations and policies
* Patient assessments, coordination of care
* Willing to travel to patient homes within a 60 mile radius
* Available 5 days or nights per week
* Flexible to orient with multiple patients of differing skill levels
* Willing to work shifts in patient homes

*Qualifications:*

* Must have good standing license (RN & LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
* Current CPR certification
* Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Experience with trach care, G-Tube, ventilator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
