We seek a dedicated dishwasher to ensure our kitchen operates smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed. Requirements:Essential Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and tools efficiently.
• Ensure all items are correctly dried and stored in their designated areas.
• Keep workstations, sinks, and dishwashing areas clean and organized.
• Assist in cleaning floors, walls, and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables following the establishment's waste management guidelines.
• If needed, assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks such as peeling or cutting vegetables.
• Restock kitchen supplies during service hours, including clean dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle chemicals and cleaning agents safely and responsibly.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
    Physical Requirements
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
    • Frequent physical effort in transporting packages, cases, or objects of up to 50 lbs.
    • Endure variable temperature conditions, indoor and outdoor.
    • Hazards include, but are not limited to, burns, slips, trips, and cuts from knives, broken glass, and metal cans.
    • Frequent washing of hands.
    • Required to stand for long periods and repetitive motions.
