Monday - Friday - 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and fine-tune programs for our CNC machines, ensuring we produce top-notch precision parts. You'll be the go-to person for taking designs and turning them into efficient machine code, working closely with our engineering and production teams to keep things running smoothly and accurately.

What You'll Do:

Craft and optimize CNC programs for various machines like mills, lathes, and routers.
Translate blueprints and engineering specs into effective programs.
Set up CNC machines with the right tools and fixtures, and run tests to verify program accuracy.
Troubleshoot program, machine, and tooling issues, and perform basic maintenance.
Monitor production and inspect parts to guarantee they meet our quality standards.
Team up with engineers and machinists to tackle challenges and improve processes.
Train machine operators on new programs and procedures.
Keep detailed records of program changes, machine settings, and maintenance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of CNC programming and machine operation experience.
Good understanding of G-code and M-code.
Experience with CNC programming software (like GibbsCAM, Mastercam, etc.).
Ability to read blueprints.
