• Technical leader driving continuous development and enhancements on AI and PE Server Hardware platforms.
• Enabling other engineers through sharing knowledge / mentoring.
• Leader who can work with and lead other engineering development and validation functions to debug critical design issues.
• Design, develop and implement cost effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple assignment and activities simultaneously. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements
  • X86-architecture based system design and development as well as High speed PCB schematic, layout design.
  • Experience debugging system level issues.
  • Familiarity with Hardware-Software interaction, familiarity with DDR, PCIe, UPI, SAS/SATA protocols and high speed bus interface design.
  • Creating Specifications / Design guides
  • Familiarity with CPLD or FPGA design and debug.Desirable Requirements
    • Bachelor's Engineering Degree with 12 to 15 years of related experience
    • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
    • Capability to influence others to achieve resultsCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
