Job Description:
A company is looking for a Documentation and Training Specialist
to enhance internal efficiencies and provide user-friendly training
materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain internal documentation of processes and
workflows
Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding and upskilling
team members
Manage client-facing documentation and ensure its relevance and
clarity
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in documentation, product support, or
training
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong analytical
mindset
Self-motivated and proactive, capable of independent and
collaborative work
Proficiency with software applications and familiarity with support
ticketing systems
