assists members or providers with routine service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve routine service inquiries related to claims processing,
member benefits, and eligibility
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations while
maintaining accurate documentation
Build relationships with members or providers through quality
customer service and support
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Two years of customer service experience is preferred
Customer service experience in a call center is preferred
