Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and product information to
patients and providers
Support field teams by delivering timely feedback to enhance
patient experiences
Evaluate documentation for compliance and perform follow-up for
timely reimbursement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school degree or equivalent
3-5 years' experience in healthcare or health insurance
industry
Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project,
Visio, and Word
Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
