Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Inbound Contact
Representative to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide support for medication refills,
order status, and customer inquiries
Oversee the education/enrollment process and assist with live chat
support
Self-manage tasks while maintaining high quality standards and
contributing to business strategy
Required Qualifications
Must reside in KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, or NC
Availability to work 25 hours per week, including shifts from
Monday to Saturday, 10am-3pm EST
Ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem with minimum
standards of 25mbs download and 10mbs upload
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
