Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a high-performing data team through mentorship
and technical guidance
Contribute to complex analytical projects and drive business
strategy with actionable data insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business
questions and create innovative data solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data
science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and modern data platforms
(Looker, dbt, Snowflake)
Understanding of data modeling, governance, and best practices in
large organizations
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear business
insights
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and
empowerment
