Job Description:

A company is looking for a Growth and Operations Junior Associate to support families in accessing mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to patients, parents, and caregivers to introduce mental health services
Screen potential patients for eligibility and navigate challenging conversations
Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure patient readiness and understanding of services

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in patient or customer relations, preferably in healthcare
Empathetic demeanor and excellent listening skills
Strong attention to detail
