The role also assists coworkers as needed or as directed in all aspects of a la carte service to ensure excellent service is provided to the membership. Essential Duties Provide high-end table service in a fine dining environment.Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including wine pairings and specialty dishes.Engage with guests to offer recommendations and ensure a memorable dining experience.Set up and maintain a pristine dining area, including table settings and cleanliness.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.Other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceExperience as a Server, preferredAbility to take direction and work in a team environment.Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.Problem solver, self-motivated, and organized.Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in EnglishFood Handler CertifiedTABC CertifiedPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
