Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities:

Manage applications, rent collection, and continued occupancy for public housing.
Conduct screening, intake, and move-in processes for applicants.
Process rent payments, track delinquencies, and maintain records.
Conduct resident interviews and process income changes.
Perform lease enforcement, inspections, and issue violations.
Ensure accurate data entry and generate reports.
Direct residents to support services as needed.
Assist with resident events, meetings, and community initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Two (2) years of experience with social work or case management.
Experience with Google GSuite.
Must have Texas Class "C" driver's license.
High school diploma or GED
Public housing leasing experience preferred.
