What You'll Do:

Accurately process customer orders and input them into the system with efficiency.
Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions to ensure smooth transactions.
Communicate order statuses, lead times, and updates to customers promptly.
Assist with ongoing orders, including managing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.
Keep well-organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience with EDI and data entry.
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems is a plus.
