Guest Relations Team Member Job Type: SeasonalPay Rate:

Antonio, Texas WHAT WE PROVIDE:This is a seasonal position at Six
Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. It features an hourly rate
of $14 with perks such as: Free entry to any Six Flags Park for all
employees and a guest with each visit, additional complimentary
tickets for friends and family, 25% discount of merchandise for all
employees, flexible scheduling and daily and weekly pay available.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide quick and efficient guest response in a professional
manner to include the following: Proper sales transactions; proper
ticket validation; Season Pass and Membership processing and data
entry.
- Guest Service and Safety should be the main focus.
- Comply with Discounts and Point-of-Sale policies and
procedures
- Comply with approved ticketing procedures to include coupons,
sales, voids etc.
- Consistently enhance and up-sell park promotions to include:
All level Membership, Season Passes, Season Dining Passes, and
additional add-ons. HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
- Respond to and resolve guest comments/concerns in a
professional and responsible manner.
- Provide accurate information to guests and co-workers
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to
handle large volumes of guest traffic.
- Must be able to assist and help problem solve guests
issues.
- Properly input guest comments in Salesforce while adhering to
the Systems 680 policy.
- Assist in daily Admissions non-operating tasks
- Ensure re-entry/exit procedures are adhered to at all
times
- Must be able to work in a highly secured environment on a daily
basis
- Cross train in all locations within the Admissions
Department.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow delegated tasks as assigned by the Supervisor,
Operations Management Team, or as stated in the Standard Operating
Procedures Manual
- Comply with all Safety and Fire responsibilities, policies, and
procedures
- Reports all pertinent information to Supervisor or
management
- Comply with all Park and Department policies and
procedures
- Adhere to Park attendance policy, grooming guidelines, and all
other policies as stated in the Team Member Handbook WHAT YOU WILL
NEED:
- At least 16 years old
- A clear demonstration of excellent Guest Service skills and an
evident commitment to our Guest First philosophy.
- Excellent communication skills to include both verbal and
written format.
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate and manage multiple
projects of a varied priority through planning and preparation,
while working with a high level of attention to detail.
- The availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts
including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors
in various weather conditions to include extreme heat and sun.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and essential
computer applications. OTHER NOTES:
- All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a
whole
- Reports to Guest Relations Leadership
- Locations include: Guest Relations, Guest Services, Ticket
Sales, Ticket redemption and parking While this job description is
