Job Description:

--- Develop, debug, and maintain Bash, Batch, and PowerShell scripts to address customer/project-specific automation needs.

--- Integrate automation scripts with third-party tools, APIs, and cloud platforms to facilitate data synchronization and process automation.
--- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues post-deployment, ensuring minimal downtime.
--- Manage the deployment of custom configurations across large user bases or multiple environments, ensuring consistency and minimizing errors.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Networking & System Administration:
--- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
--- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow.
--- Experience diagnosing and resolving network issues such as slow connectivity, hardware failures, and configuration errors.
--- Minimum 5 years experience preferred.

Education & Certifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
--- Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar.
