Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect metal parts to identify imperfections, irregularities, or defects.
Determine appropriate finishing techniques and required materials.
Utilize hand and power tools or machinery to remove excess materials, burrs, or rough edges from metal components.
Smooth and shape metal surfaces using abrasive materials such as sandpaper, grinding wheels, or belts.
Apply polishing compounds or abrasive pastes to achieve a smooth reflective surface finish.
Enhance the appearance of metal parts using buffing wheels or handheld polishers.
Clean metal surfaces to remove contaminants, grease, or residues.
Utilize solvents or degreasing agents to ensure the metal is free from impurities.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Make adjustments or rework components as necessary to achieve desired finish.
Apply protective coatings such as paint, lacquer, or clear coats to prevent corrosion or enhance durability.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in metal polishing is a plus.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Bilingual proficiency required.
