Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the corporate talent acquisition and onboarding functions across multiple business units. This role involves managing a team of recruiters and onboarding specialists, working closely with HR partners and business leaders to develop and execute effective strategies for attracting and integrating top talent. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can manage both talent planning and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and coach a high-performing recruiting team to deliver quality hires across various departments and leadership levels.


  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.


  • Personally manage recruiting efforts for high-priority or confidential roles.


  • Oversee the onboarding function to ensure a smooth and consistent new hire experience.


  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and use insights to improve outcomes.


  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate/hiring manager experience.


  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.


  • Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors and technology providers.



    Qualifications:



    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


    • 7+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.


    • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and team management in a multi-entity or matrixed environment.


    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday) and recruiting analytics.


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across all levels.


    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).


    • Experience in financial or professional services is preferred.
