  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Non Invasive Imaging Pediatric Echo SonographerShift: Variable Days / between 7a and 9a (8x5) 40 hours per week, M-FLength: 13 weeksOn
  call generally starts after first 30 days, depending upon ability to
  learn protocol. Call is one week (5 days). If on call is over the
  weekend, it starts Friday 5pm and ends Monday at 7am. Rotation frequency
  depends upon the number of staff.Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of recent experience in performing adult or pediatric cardiac echocardiograms is required
  • BLS
  • Graduation from an accredited school of ultrasound technology or a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science preferred.Other details:
    • Knowledge
      of congenital anomalies (not required for adult echo tech) is required
      of all Pedi echo techs, as the associate is required to move from basic
      to complex knowledge of complex CONGENITAL heart defects
    • Eligible to take Registry exam upon hire date
    • New
      grads who have completed their clinical and didactics at an accredited
      program or have their BA and are eligible to sit for their registry
    • Must pass within a year of hiring and must be registered in pediatrics, in order to proceed to the next career level.Epic Travel Staffing:
