Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer to manage
production support escalations and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for production support escalations,
collaborating with tech teams for timely resolutions
Review and triage incoming production tickets, ensuring proper
assignment and management of escalated issues
Monitor process fidelity, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
to enhance team engagement and adherence to best practices
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Jira and Confluence for ticket management and
documentation
Understanding of software development methodologies, including
Agile and Waterfall
Experience in technical support and diagnosing complex technical
issues
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology,
Engineering, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as EazyBI, PowerBI, or
Tableau
