Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Senior Project Manager for a Hybrid role (must attend on-site meetings) supporting our Austin, Texas client in a critical phase of their project-crafting and executing a formal RFP that will help them select an Asset Management/CMMS application suited to their complex needs. This opportunity is expected to span 10-12 months, with the possibility for extension.

Key Project Objectives:

--- Leverage data from a recently concluded Request for Information (RFI) to identify and document business needs

--- Conduct small group stakeholder meetings for requirements gathering

--- Draft, publish, and manage the RFP process, including the evaluation and proposal presentation phases





Qualifications:

--- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Agile Project Manager on large-scale enterprise asset management implementation or migration projects

--- Proven history working with leadership and procurement to develop formal RFPs and evaluation criteria

--- Skilled in organizing, facilitating, and leading meetings with diverse stakeholders

--- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and scope development skills, including diagrams and process maps

--- Experienced in serving as a liaison between business and technical teams

--- Confident in creating technical diagrams and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

--- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management/CMMS Applications is a plus
