Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Sales
Producer/Advisor to join their inbound call center team
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance
comparison and switching process
Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and
empathetic sales approach
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while exceeding
monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products; broker
or call center experience preferred
Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products
with an active P&C or Personal Lines license
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to
change
Technologically competent with the ability to navigate several
systems and relevant tools
Availability to work at least one weekend day
