A company is looking for a Head of Consultative Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead a high-performing consultative sales team
focused on customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance consultative
sales impact
Develop and manage engagement pipelines for internal and external
opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years of leadership experience in a software sales
organization
Proven track record in consulting services, including strategic
consulting and business transformation
Experience in building and leading consultative sales teams with a
focus on growth
Experience working in a global context, particularly with European
teams
An MBA or equivalent experience in a large consulting firm is
highly desirable
