13 Weeks Paid Training: Tuesday thru Saturday
Night and Weekend Availability Required

and maintain relationships with customers who are subscribed to our

WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST
* Learning about our core TV products, services, and billing
processes to provide knowledgeable and timely customer service

* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable
and video services
* Interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve
a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates,
subscriber challenges, and more
* Resolving TV inquiries while creating best-in-class customer
experiences
* Working in an open, friendly environment with a supportive,
energetic team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including
nights, weekends, and holidays
* Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand
English
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year
working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of
heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call
center
* Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
* Skills: Communication, organization, time management,
multi-tasking, customer service
* Abilities: Dependable, professional, solution-oriented,
results-driven, resilient
