This person will bridge the gap between design, engineering, and customers to deliver products that delight users and drive business outcomes. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail are paramount.Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Own and drive the product lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Ticket Management: Write detailed, actionable tickets in Jira; create and manage epics, ensuring clarity and prioritization for the engineering team.
• Design Collaboration: Partner closely with designers to create user-centric solutions. Comfort working in Figma and other modern design tools is essential.
• Customer Interaction: Act as a key interface with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• AI Innovation: Champion the incorporation of AI into our products, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings with intelligent features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to maintain high velocity and deliver impactful features on time.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze user feedback and product metrics to iterate and improve on existing features and inform future development.Minimum Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years in product management roles, with a strong track record of delivering web-based software products.
• B2B SaaS: You've worked at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup before. Ideally, you've been involved with a company that is smaller, not just a big corporation.
• Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of engineering concepts and experience working closely with development teams.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Jira for task management, Figma for design collaboration, and familiarity with other modern product tools.
• Design Sense: An eye for great design and a commitment to creating intuitive, user-friendly products.
• Customer Focus: Experience interacting with customers to gather insights and translate them into product requirements.
• AI Enthusiasm: Passionate about AI and its potential to transform product experiences.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.Languages: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
