Responsibilities:
--- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes
a thorough CMA
--- Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and
staging homes for sale
--- Work alongside the Listing Manager to get your properties on
the market
--- Maintain consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or
decides not to sell
--- Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
--- Effectively oversee negotiations for sellers
--- Consult with clients to ensure 5-star service of the real
estate transaction from initial contact through contract to
close
Qualifications:
--- Current Texas Real Estate License
--- Must be local to the San Antonio area
--- Excellent understanding of the market conditions and how to
utilize market analysis
--- 1+ year of prior experience with listing properties
--- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and
marketing/lead technologies
--- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
--- Team player who believes their success is the organization's
success
--- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to
set and close appointments over the phone
