WIN. Your focus will be on creating and nurturing long-term
relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative for our growing Estate Planning and
Probate law firm, you will be responsible for:
--- Meeting with prospective new clients to educate and enroll in
our Estate Planning and Probate Process.
--- Follow Up Calls with Clients who do not engage in our
services.
--- Making Client Care Calls to past clients to see where we may
support them further.
--- Furnishing Weekly Reporting numbers at the weekly "All hands"
law firm team meeting.
--- Attend the Weekly Sales and Marketing Meeting.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Create and foster relationships with potential clients,
ensuring they receive the best estate planning services.
--- Manage and maintain prospective relationships effectively.
--- Track and report on your sales activities and results.
--- Utilize a structured business development system to support
your efforts.
Qualifications:
--- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the legal or
financial services industry, is preferred.
--- Exceptional skills in opening doors and securing
appointments.
--- A tenacious and results-driven approach to closing deals.
--- Ability to build and maintain long-term client
relationships.
--- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
--- Comfortable with telephone solicitation, e-marketing tactics,
association meetings, and trade shows.
--- A "hunter" mentality with a passion for sales and
relationship-building.
